The Swedish Agency for Accessible Media

The Swedish Agency for Accessible Media (MTM) has the task of working with libraries throughout the country to make literature accessible to people with disabilities. The Agency includes the Talking Newspapers Subsidy Council, which is responsible for improving access to the contents of daily newspapers by providing government subsidies for the publication of talking newspapers. The Talking Newspapers Subsidy Council is a separate decision-making body under MTM.
