Work is the foundation of prosperity in Sweden and of individual empowerment, and integration must be strengthened. We need more people to join the workforce and less exclusion. The work-first principle must take centre stage. A focus on work, language and gender equality is especially important for empowering foreign-born women.

Johan Pehrson was born in 1968 and lives in Stockholm. He is married and has four children.
