It’s high time that we work together on issues that concern older people, to ensure their dignity and good quality of life in old age. On the one hand, we will protect those who have worked a full working life by ensuring their financial security and meeting their needs for quality care. On the other hand, we must harness the high value that older people provide for the whole of society, combat age discrimination and make use of their knowledge and experience.
