Strong social services are one of our most important tools for preventing crime. We want to reform the Social Services Act so as to strengthen social services in their mandate that includes ordering more compulsory measures, for early prevention of social problems. People with disabilities have the right to a free and independent life without discrimination. We will consider measures for a central government responsibility within the framework of the Act concerning Support and Service for Persons with Certain Functional Impairments and integrate the disability rights perspective in more areas of society.
