Sanctions with respect to the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina
Here is information on sanctions with respect to the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Description of the sanctions
The travel restrictions prevent the persons subject to them from entering or passing through the territory of EU Member States. Certain exemptions may be granted, for example to attend international conferences organised by the United Nations or the Organisation for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
Freezing of assets means that all funds and economic resources belonging to, or owned, deposited or controlled by persons covered by the sanctions shall be frozen within the EU. Exemptions may be granted in certain situations, for example to cover basic living costs.
Note that under sanction decisions currently in force, no individuals are presently subject to any travel restrictions.
