A Committee of Inquiry in the form of a Commission will be tasked with evaluating the measures taken by the Government, the administrative agencies concerned, the regions and the municipalities to limit the spread of the virus that causes the disease COVID-19 and the effects of its spread.

The Commission is also to conduct an international comparison with relevant countries of the different measures taken and their effects. The inquiry is to submit its final report by 28 February 2022 at the latest.
