New ambassadors to Sweden

The ambassadors from Moldova, Togo and Benin presented their letters of credence to HM The King on Tuesday 15 December 2015 in a formal audience at the Royal Palace of Stockholm.
H.E. Mr Veaceslav Dobinda, Moldova
Moldova's newly appointed Ambassador Mr Veaceslav Dobinda was born in 1971 and has served at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs since 2000. He studied political science and international relations at Moldova State University. Ambassador Dobinda speaks English, Russian and Greek.
In recent years he has held the following posts:
• 2010–2015: Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Chisinau
• 2008–2010: Ambassador to Estonia
• 2006–2008: Head of the European Integration Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Chisinau
• 2006: Deputy Chief of Mission at the embassy in Greece.
• 2004–2005: First Secretary at the embassy in Greece.
H.E. Mr Kwami Christophe Dikenou, Togo
Togo's newly appointed Ambassador Mr Kwami Christophe Dikenou, concurrently accredited from Berlin, was born in 1950 and has an academic background in philosophy and in sustainability and environmental ethics.
In recent years he has held the following posts:
• 2014–2015: Ambassador to Germany
• 2010–2014: Professor at the University of Lomé
• 2010: Bioethics expert at UNESCO in Nairobi
H.E. Mr Eusèbe Agbangla, Benin
Benin's newly appointed Ambassador Mr Eusèbe Agbangla, based in Copenhagen, was born in 1957. He studied political science and international relations.
During his career he has held the following posts:
• Current post as Benin's Ambassador to Denmark
• Secretary-General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cotonou
• Deputy Secretary-General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cotonou
• Head of the Americas Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Cotonou
