Minister for Defence to meet Slovak counterpart in Örnsköldsvik

In December 2023, Slovakia signed a contract worth around SEK 15 billion for the delivery of 152 MkIV CV 90s. On Friday 20 February, Mr Jonson and Mr Kaliňák will attend a ceremony for the roll-out of the first of these vehicles from BAE Hägglunds’ factory in Örnsköldsvik. 

It will be possible for the media to attend the event. Advance registration by 12.00 on Wednesday 18 February via email to Niklas Forsström (see press contact below). Please provide your name, the name of your editorial office and the capacity in which you wish to attend (reporter or photographer). When registering, you must also provide your press credentials, personal identity number and a copy of your passport if you are not a Swedish citizen. You will also have to be able to show your valid identification papers on arrival.
