Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson to host Nordic summit on security and defence

On Friday 31 May, Prime Minister Ulf Kristersson will host a Nordic summit with the President of Finland and the heads of government of Denmark, Norway and Iceland.
The summit will focus on current security issues, including Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, regional security and the upcoming NATO summit in Washington DC.

10.30 – Doorstep and photo opportunity upon arrival at Rosenbad
13.00 – Press conference
The photo opportunity, doorstep and press conference will be live-streamed on government.se.
Practical information for the media
Entry via Drottninggatan 1 at 09.30–10.00 and 12.00–12.45, respectively.
Members of the media seeking accreditation for the summit must apply no later than Wednesday 29 May at 16.00 via email to Jonathan Svensson (see press contact). Please give your name, personal identity number, telephone number, the name of your editorial office and the capacity in which you wish to attend (reporter or photographer). Please also attach your press credentials. Journalists who are not Swedish citizens need to provide their date of birth and passport number.
Attendance is subject to available space. Successful applicants for accreditation will be notified after the deadline has passed.
