11.5 Maintenance and prudent management of buildings

A building is to be well kept-up and maintained so that its design and the technical qualities are substantially preserved with respect to for example: fire safety, protection against noise, accessibility and usability for persons with reduced mobility etc.

If the building is particularly valuable from a historical, cultural history, environmental and artistic point of view, is must be maintained so as to preserve these special values.
