20.8 VIP service at Arlanda Airport
VIP service curtesy of the Protocol is only granted to Ambassadors upon their first arrival and their final departure, as well as official guests on ministerial level to the Head of State, the Prime minister and the Ministers at the MFA.
VIP service at Arlanda Airport means that a VIP coordinator is handling all the formalities, i.e. customs, immigration clearance, luggage delivery/check-in upon arrival/departure.
