13.5 Maintenance and prudent management of buildings

Buildings must is be maintained properly to ensure so that their design and the technical qualities are preserved with respect to fire safety, noise insulation, accessibility, usability for persons with reduced mobility etc.

If a building is particularly valuable from a historical, cultural, environmental or artistic perspective, it must be maintained to preserve its special value.
